Hate Chain Hotels? Rocketmiles is Just the Program for You.

In the past when I’ve taught my frequent flyer mile course, several people have told me they are not interested in earning hotel points. Others have told me they are not interested in staying in chain hotels. If this sounds like you, Rocketmiles is a great program you should take advantage of when booking a hotel stay.

How It Works

It is as simple as that. Book a hotel stay and earn airline miles.

On average, you’ll earn anywhere from 1,000 to 4,000 miles per night. The more money the hotel costs, the more miles you will earn. Rocketmiles has a variety of hotels to choose from chain hotels to local hotels.

Earning Partners

You can earn miles with the following loyalty programs when booking on Rocketmiles:

Do You Pay More For Booking on Rocketmiles?

As a test study, I compared a night in at the Rivers Edge Hotel in Spa in Portland, OR on October 18-19 on Rocketmiles, Kayak, and Expedia.

You will not pay extra for booking through Rocketmiles and in some cases you pay even less!

Can I Still Earn Hotel Points when Booking on Rocketmiles?

Keep in mind that you cannot double dip with Rocketmiles. This means you cannot earn hotel points when booking through Rocketmiles.

Some hotels may count nights booked on Rocketmiles towards the minimum nights needed for elite status.

Last thoughts….

This is a great way to earn extra miles for booking hotels if you are not interested in earning hotel points or if you are staying in a city that does not have chain hotels.
